Lifewise is a provincial organization, run for and by people with mental health and addiction issues, that exists to build and strengthen a self-help network among individuals who live with mental health issues. Due to the geographical challenges of our province along with increasing demand in isolated regions we have launched the Warm Line. Trained staff offers support and information to the public 14 hours a day, seven days a week.  Virtual support groups offered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6pm to 8pm, registration required via email on the day before or morning of the group. One on one in person peer support available at regional offices (call the Warm Line for information), masks and social distancing required.
