Vesta Place seeks to offer more than a roof over women’s heads by providing supportive housing to its tenants in addition to the provision of an individual bedroom, a communal kitchen, den and washroom, and heat, electricity, laundry and phone facilities included in the $350/month rental fee. Each tenant also has access to support from HOUSE project Coordinator in developing an Individualized Action Plan that breaks down goals into manageable steps, in-house programming, community resource referrals and housing search support.
