Lifewise is a provincial organization, run for and by people with mental health and addiction issues, that exists to build and strengthen a self-help network among individuals who live with mental health issues. Due to the geographical challenges of our province along with increasing demand in isolated regions we have launched the Warm Line. Trained staff offers support and information to the public 14 hours a day, seven days a week, in English or French.  Virtual support groups offered, registration required via email on the day before or morning of the group. One on one in person peer support and in person support groups are available at regional offices (call the Warm Line for information).
