The Office of Employment Equity for Persons with Disabilities offers programs and services to help increase the representation of persons with disabilities employed in the Provincial Public Service, including an online resource centre, employment counselling and education and awareness training for managers and employers.

They also run the Opening Doors program, which provides a wage subsidy to hire full-time, permanent, employment positions for persons with disabilities to work for the Provincial Public Service at various locations around the province. Registration with the Office is required to participate in the program.
