MFRCs are essentially the heart of their military communities. Dedicated staff are frontline service providers, responsible for connecting military families to a wide range of programs and services. Their goal is to build strong, resilient individuals, families and communities.
Family Liaison Officer: The FLO is a social worker employed at the Integrated Personnel Support Centre (IPSC), St. John’s.  The FLO provides support services for families of CAF personnel coping with an illness, injury and/or special need.
Care Delivery Unit: In partnership with the Canadian Armed Forces members, we will ensure that the highest quality of health care is provided.
Prevention Support and Intervention: The PSI Coordinator is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and offers short-term counselling. Our PSI Coordinator can assist your family with work related separation, parenting assistance, relationship and marital issues, separation and divorce, grief and loss, self-esteem, stress management, financial concerns, as well as much more.
Operational Stress Injury Social Support: We provide a national peer support network for Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans and their families who are experiencing an Operational Stress Injury (OSI).’
