The Women’s Centre is dedicated to providing FREE women-centred, community-based programs delivered within a safe, non-judgemental, open, and caring environment. Programs include Individual Counseling, Group Counseling on a number of topics, Thursday Tea Time, Yoga Program and a Clothing Boutique and Personal Care Pantry Program.
